Blog entry about how Toyota faltered by using pictures from Flickr on their web site — without permission, payment or attribution. Piece talks about how important it is for Marketing Directors to show leadership and acknowledge that content is not free. Marketing Directors need to educate corporate employees and outside design firms that permission is needed for use of images along with payment of licensing fees.
