Wandering the Upper Pennisula

I spent half of my youth in Michigan.  Michiganders have a strange accent, especially up north in the U.P. (Upper Peninsula).  Yoopers sound a lot like people from Ontario.  You here a lot of, eh’s?  Plus the lovely sing-song influence of Finnish and French.

I was up in the U.P. a couple of years ago to shoot the Mackinac Bridge for an engineering client.  Took my Trusty Alpa 12 Max along and the now-retired Aptus 75 back.  I found this old school close to the village of Rudyard.
